As the Director of Resource Planning & Strategy at Diode, Cherie is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the allocation of resources to support Diode projects. She is an Associate Vice President with Black & Veatch and has over 20 years’ experience in the execution and management of strategy, resources, processes, and tools.

Prior to this role, Cherie worked as Department Head for Environmental & Land Services, Department Head for Land Services and Acquisition, and a variety of other management roles within the Land Services department throughout her 24-year career at Black & Veatch. She holds a degree in Psychology from Iowa State University.
