Project Development Manager
As a Project Development Manager at Diode Ventures, Daniel drives the development of real estate, energy assets, and infrastructure for hyperscale data center campuses. Experienced in securing rezoning and entitlements, public engagement, electric utility interconnection and negotiations, data center campus design and siting evaluation by using skills in project management, site evaluation and constructability analysis, environmental diligence and compliance, layout and design, stakeholder management, and negotiating tactics. Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kettering University with a Bachelor of Science dual majoring in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and he continues to leverage his engineering background by approaching problems in a systems and process approach.
