As an Associate within the Project Finance division of Diode Ventures, Jaime supports the development of project finance transactions with banks and equity investors. His experience spans over five years in investment banking and finance and now he currently focuses on due diligence and financial modeling of digital infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Prior to joining Diode, he held a position as a Structured Finance Manager at Ferrovial and different positions at BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking, PwC, and J.P. Morgan. Jaime holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering from Carlos III University and a Master’s in Finance from CUNEF University. Additionally, Jaime is an active CFA charterholder.
