Marci is Legal Counsel at Diode Ventures.  She has been practicing law since 2019, focusing on residential and commercial real estate as well as land use and licensing matters with a focus in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Diode, she represented restauranteurs, hotels, and retailers in their efforts to obtain zoning and licensing approval at the local, state and federal level.  Her legal experience ranges from advising clients on legal and business matters, negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, and performing due diligence.  

Marci graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, she received a Master of Science from Northeastern University in Global Studies, and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
