As a Director within Diode Ventures’ Project Finance division, Maria Camila supports the development of project finance transactions with banks and equity investors. Leveraging her nine years of corporate banking experience, she focuses on project sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling and deal execution of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Diode, she was a Vice President at BBVA’s Corporate and Investment Banking Division and was previously a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager at Colombia’s largest bank, Bancolombia.  Maria Camila holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from EIA University (Colombia) and a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.
